Position Overview
As Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role, helping shape daily operations, coaching our cooks, and ensuring every dish reflects our standards of quality, presentation, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role with room for impact, growth, and pride in what we deliver.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations during your shifts

Ensure prep, station setup, and line execution always meet ATOB quality and consistency

Delegate and verify duties (prep, line, cleaning) and ensure accountability

Coach, mentor, and train kitchen staff — recipes, technique, food safety, organization

Coordinate with FOH leadership for smooth service flow

Monitor food quality, portioning, cost control, and plating presentation

Assist with ordering, inventory, vendor management, and product rotation

Enforce sanitation, labeling, and food safety rules rigorously

Lead by example — professionalism, composure under pressure, and hands-on involvement

Use and refine kitchen systems, checklists, SOPs, and standards

What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
-
Solid grasp of kitchen operations, prep planning, workflow, and food safety
-
Strong leadership, clear communication, and delegation skills
-
Ability to stay calm and accurate under high-pressure conditions

Basic tech comfort (scheduling software, POS/inventory tools) is a plus
-
ServSafe or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain)

A positive, proactive mindset and commitment to teamwork and hospitality
